RHealth has extensive project & program management experience, specializing in Mental Health, Primary Health Care, Data and Health Promotion. RHealth has over 24 years of experience in Project & Program Management. In design and maintenance of effective Projects & Programs, RHealth has a great understanding of how to engage in the local needs and operating context of the communities we work with.

Projects & programs delivered by RHealth are managed using best practice systems including PRINCE2 methodology and quality accredited processes. Our stakeholders can have a high degree of confidence that RHealth will deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope. Referral tracking

GP's and referrers can track the progress of referrals entered into the system using several different methods, allow them to ensure their patients are being seen and are received the best care possible.

Data Quality Management

RHealth manages the data that is entered into refeRHEALTH, regularly conducting quality checks to ensure that it is accurate. Data validation is built into the workflow so users can spend less time on checking their data and more time on delivering services.

Invoicing

refeRHEALTH has a built-in invoicing and budget module that allows service providers to generate invoices directly from session data they have entered.

Notifications and Messaging

refeRHEALTH has a built in ‘Notes’ features that can be used as an internal messaging and as a system for additional records. This system allows service providers or referrers to notify both each other or refeRHEALTH administrators without the need to call or email.

Reporting

RHealth is able to provide comprehensive reports from the data that is collected in refeRHEALTH beyond standard MDS reports, including reports on demographics, referral data including referral source, session data and outcome measures.

Security

refeRHEALTH is secured through multiple methods by RHealth. All data is stored on cloud servers based in Australia, and secured and managed by an Australian based organisation.

Head to Health can help you find digital mental health services from some of Australia’s most trusted mental health organisations. Provided by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care, Head to Health brings together apps, online programs, online forums, and phone services, as well as a range of digital information resources. Whether you are trying to improve your own sense of wellbeing, looking for help with something that is bothering you, or helping someone you care about — Head to Health is a good place to start.

In addition to the Head to Health website https://www.headtohealth.gov.au/, support is also available over the phone via free call on 1800 595 212, for advice and connection to local mental health supports that are best for consumers.

Anyone of any age, including children, young people and older adults, families and carers, can contact Head to Health. Even if you have never sought help before, Head to Health is here for you.

When the consumer contacts the Head to Health telephone line (1800 595 212), they will be asked to enter their postcode, and for South West, Central West and North West Queensland, it will be routed to the WQPHN’s Head to Health Phone Service Provider, RHealth.

A trained worker will go through the Initial Assessment and Referral Guidance and Decision Support Tool (IAR DST) with a consumer or work with the caller to identify useful pathways to needed supports. For consumer callers, the IAR Guidance and Decision Support Tool (IAR DST) is a holistic decision-making framework that assists support workers and clinicians in matching consumers with the most appropriate mental health services for their needs.

Over the past three years, the Health Service Navigator program has provided mental health navigation services across the Darling Downs and West Moreton regions. These navigation services are now transitioning to the new national service, Head to Health. Head to Health will continue to provide free and confidential support for anyone seeking help for their wellbeing or someone they care about.  The Head to Health telephone line 1800 595 212 is already up and running to provide support for individuals and service providers across our region.

headspace Warwick

headspace Warwick

headspace Warwick is a health service for those aged between 12 and 25 years, providing support for general health, mental health, drug and alcohol issues, and employment and educational support. The focus of headspace Warwick is on early intervention and having a one stop shop approach to health issues.

RHealth is the Lead Agency of headspace Warwick.

The headspace Warwick office is located in Warwick and provides outreach services to Stanthorpe.

Our Youth Engagement Officer provides a range of programs and services ranging from a weekly gaming group to weekly exercise classes as well as one on one support for young people.

Care Coordination

Care Coordinators offer support to young people by helping put together a tailored care plan for each client. The Care Coordinator is there to help guide and support a young person through the headspace experience and advocates on their behalf in and out of the headspace environment.

Mental health services

There are appointments available within headspace Warwick with a variety of other Mental Health Professionals (eg Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Counsellors), if a need is identified with a young person.

headspace Roma

headspace Roma is a health service for those aged between 12 and 25 years, providing support for general health, mental health, drug and alcohol issues, and employment and educational support. The focus of headspace< Roma is on early intervention and having a one stop shop approach to health issues.

Rural Primary Health Service - Widebay

Rural Primary Health Service

RHealth has been managing the Rural Primary Health Service (RPHS) program, on behalf of the Central Queensland, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast Primary Health Network (CQWBSC PHN), since 2015. This program operates in the Wide Bay region with a focus on the North Burnett.

The Rural Primary Health Service program allows those living with a Chronic Disease to access a variety of Allied Health Professional services. RHealth works closely with the regions GPs and the Wide Bay Health & Hospital Service to provide a co-ordinated, multi-disciplinary based approach to each client’s health care needs, encouraging people in rural and remote areas to adopt or modify behaviours to better manage their health and wellbeing.

RHealth also provides high-quality data collection, management and reporting services for this program to the CQWBSC PHN, to ensure services are being provided for those most in need in the rural and remote areas of the Wide Bay.

RHealth is a proven provider in event management. From small events for staff training to large conferences, RHealth has the skills and knowledge to bring your event to life. We listen to what you require, what your deliverable’s are, what your key message is and who your target audience is. RHealth will tailor your event to your specific needs and can meet with you before you commit to discuss options.RHealth will work with your staff and managers to ensure the event is delivered on time, seamlessly and to get as much value for money, as we are not for profit we exist to help you deliver your best. We can support your own staff with an event they are running or manage the whole event and run it for you.
