RHealth manages the data that is entered into refeRHEALTH, regularly conducting quality checks to ensure that it is accurate. Data validation is built into the workflow so users can spend less time on checking their data and more time on delivering services.
refeRHEALTH has a built-in invoicing and budget module that allows service providers to generate invoices directly from session data they have entered.
refeRHEALTH has a built in ‘Notes’ features that can be used as an internal messaging and as a system for additional records. This system allows service providers or referrers to notify both each other or refeRHEALTH administrators without the need to call or email.
RHealth is able to provide comprehensive reports from the data that is collected in refeRHEALTH beyond standard MDS reports, including reports on demographics, referral data including referral source, session data and outcome measures.

The Western Queensland (WQ) Head to Health Assessment & Referral Phone Service is a national free call phone number (1800 595 212) that provides a free, easily accessible entry point into and between community mental health services, including WQPHN commissioned service providers, headspace, and other community-based mental health services, such as those provided by state jurisdictions, NGOs, and private providers.
Anyone of any age, including children, young people and older adults, families and carers, can access a Head to Health service to support or improve their sense of wellbeing and/or connection to local mental and general health supports. Developed by Beyond Blue and delivered by RHealth in Western Queensland, NewAccess is designed to give you the skills to manage everyday life stresses such as work, study, relationships, health or loneliness. The program is confidential and free of charge to you.
headspace Warwick is a health service for those aged between 12 and 25 years, providing support for general health, mental health, drug and alcohol issues, and employment and educational support. The focus of headspace Warwick is on early intervention and having a one stop shop approach to health issues.
RHealth is the Lead Agency of headspace Warwick.
The headspace Warwick office is located in Warwick and provides outreach services to Stanthorpe.

Care Coordinators offer support to young people by helping put together a tailored care plan for each client. The Care Coordinator is there to help guide and support a young person through the headspace experience and advocates on their behalf in and out of the headspace environment.
There are appointments available within headspace Warwick with a variety of other Mental Health Professionals (eg Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Counsellors), if a need is identified with a young person.

RHealth has been managing the Rural Primary Health Service (RPHS) program, on behalf of the Central Queensland, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast Primary Health Network (CQWBSC PHN), since 2015. This program operates in the Wide Bay region with a focus on the North Burnett.
The Rural Primary Health Service program allows those living with a Chronic Disease to access a variety of Allied Health Professional services. RHealth works closely with the regions GPs and the Wide Bay Health & Hospital Service to provide a co-ordinated, multi-disciplinary based approach to each client’s health care needs, encouraging people in rural and remote areas to adopt or modify behaviours to better manage their health and wellbeing.
RHealth also provides high-quality data collection, management and reporting services for this program to the CQWBSC PHN, to ensure services are being provided for those most in need in the rural and remote areas of the Wide Bay.
