RHealth is committed to advancing eHealth in the Darling Downs and South West Queensland. From the early beginnings of computerising general practice RHealth has witnessed the shift of eHealth over the years to the current focus is the establishment of shared electronic health records and patient held electronic health records.

This tool which facilitates whole-of-cycle care and provides a solution to the challenges surrounding chronic disease care planning and team care arrangements. GPs who are utilising this tool report increases in efficiencies generating cost benefits for their businesses and most importantly improved health outcomes for patients.

RHealth will continue to work with cdmNet Australia, Precedence Health Care and our members to promote the uptake of this tool.
