headspace Warwick

headspace Warwick is a health service for anyone aged between 12 and 25 years. It’s about support for general health, mental health, drug and alcohol issues, and employment and education support. The focus of headspace Warwick is on early intervention and having a one stop-shop approach to health issues.
 
RHealth is the lead agency, and works in partnership with Drug-Arm, Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service District, Southern Downs Regional Council, Artius and Southern Queensland Institute of TAFE.
 
The headspace Warwick office is located in Warwick and services the Southern Downs region.

What services does headspace Warwick have available?

Our Youth Engagement Officer provides a range of programs and services ranging from a weekly gaming group to weekly exercise classes as well as one on one support for young people.

Our Care Coordinators offer support to young people by helping put together a tailored care plan for each client. The Care Coordinator is there to help guide and support you through your headspace experience and advocate on your behalf in and out of the headspace environment.

Psychologists, Social Workers, Psychiatrists and Counsellors are available by appointment. headspace Warwick can also help arrange an appointment with local GP's to assist with your mental health requirements. The Care Co-ordinators can discuss these options with you.
