RHealth auspices a Zone Coordinator, one of three national positions for the National Rural Palliative Care Program.
The Zone Coordinator mentors 12 Division Projects through both establishment and implementation.
The Australian General Practice Network implements the Program in partnership with rural Divisions of General Practice. The Program is based on the pilot phase which ran from 2003 to 2006. RHealth was one of the eight national pilot sites with a Program in the South Burnett.
