Partnering in Health

Partnering is at the core of RHealth's services, and the organisation is an active participant in Partnership Councils, Logan-Beaudesert Health Coalition, and the Western Downs Communities Network, and is also working with the Health and Community Services Workforce Council on a Workforce Planning Project.
Logan-Beaudesert Health Coalition
The Logan-Beaudesert Health Coalition covers the previous Logan-Beaudesert Health Service District and works on GP Integration, chronic disease prevention and management, and health promotion activities including the Early Years and Multicultural Health Programs.

RHealth and Beaudesert GPs work together as a member agency of the Logan-Beaudesert Health Coalition.
Western Downs Communities Network
The Western Downs Communities Network connects people with an interest and a passion for maintaining and improving quality of health for Queenslander’s living in the Western Downs region.

Understanding what affects people’s health and the ways that we can work together to improve in these areas is a key goal for the Network.

RHealth, Western Downs Regional Council, Darling Downs Public Health Unit, Queensland Government Department of Communities and Queensland Health work together to form the Western Downs Communities Network. Other key members include local community centres, non-government health and community services organisations, and community members.
