Working with GPs, Scripts for Life is a healthy lifestyle prescription and referral Program in Far South West Queensland. Scripts are provided to patients by their GP for risk factor management, linking in with local activities for a healthy lifestyle in the community. A local solution to a local need, Scripts for Life is based on the national Lifescripts Initiative.
