RHealth implements two Healthy Active Australia Programs, one in Chinchilla and one in the South Burnett.

This Program works with the Chinchilla Healthy Active Partnership (CHAP), established in 2007. The Program works to build local partnerships that promote physical activity and healthy eating to prevent chronic disease and improve the quality of life for local residents.

This Program promotes ongoing sustainable investment and partnerships for physical activity in the South Burnett region through six strategies:

- Playgroup Physical Activity

- Traditional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Games
