Have you been diagnosed with, or live with someone who has diabetes? Our aim is to provide the skills and knowledge for people with a diagnosis of diabetes to confidently choose and cook appealing foods that will enable them to manage their condition.

There are 12 FREE places available for people with Diabetes and for carers of Diabetics.
