RHealth is a member based general practice support organisation.
RHealth transitioned from an Incorporated Association to a Company Limited by Guarantee on 1 April 2009. Membership under RHealth Limited is under two categories - Voting and Non-voting.
Voting
To be a voting member one must be, or have been, a medical practitioner whose work includes general practice or primary health care in the region.
Non-voting
To be a non-voting member one must be a person whose work, skills, experience, or expertise can, in the opinion of the Board, contribute to the furtherance of the objects of the Company in a significant manner.
